1. The negative certificate of RT-pcr test: passengers must present a negative RT-pcr test certificate, which the date of result does not exceed 72 hours at check-in at the airport of departure except children under 12 years. Airlines shall not accept the check-in of any passenger if he does not present the negative RT-pcr test and shall verify the negative result of rt-pcr test and the absence of covid19 symptoms. in case of boarding a passenger, who doesn’t have his negative rt-pcr test or having a positive rt-pcr test or has covid19 symptoms, the airline assume the responsibility whether by covering the costs of realization an RT-pcr test on arrival of the passenger in tunisia and any other sanitary measures, or by ensuring his repatriation to the country of origin with the payment of his accommodation costs in a hotel until the date of his departure. with the payment of his accommodation costs in a hotel until the date of his departure.

2.Mandatory quarantine

-All passengers arriving in tunisia are subject to a mandatory quarantineat their expense for a period of 7 days from the date of arrival in a hotel dedicated to mandatory confinement.

-Passengers should present the confirmation of booking and payment of hotel (voucher) before registering for the flight to tunisia.

-Airlines should not accept the registration of any passenger who has not the voucher.

If an airline accepts a passenger on its flight arriving in tunisian airport without verifying that he has not the voucher it either bears the expenses of his accommodation in a dedicated hotel for the required period or ensures his repatriation to the country of origin.with the payment of his accommodation costs in a hotel until the date of his departure.

Passengers should perform an rt-pcr test between the 5th and 7th day of quarantine at their expense, and in the case of a negative test, they can leave the quarantine.

2-1.Mandatory quarantine

Are exempt from mandatory quarantine:

-Passengers who have completed the covid-19 vaccination or already have contracted the covid-19 and have received a dose of vaccination with the obligation to present a certificate issued to this effect by the country’s health authorities of residence and to comply with self-containment in places of residence in tunisia.

-Unaccompanied minors or minors accompanying people vaccinated against covid-19.

-Sick passengers arriving for medical care in tunisia in accordance with the procedures in force in coordination with the competent authorities.

-People with special needs (people with disabilities and the elderly who are unable to carry out their daily activities and take care of themselves).

-Tunisian and foreign diplomats.

-Official delegations coming for short-stay work missions (less than five days).

People who benefit from the exemption from mandatory quarantine mentioned above are systematically subjected to a rapid screening test for covid-19

(TDR-antigen) upon arrival in tunisia. if the test on arrival is positive, the passenger will be directed to a covid-19 isolation center.

3.The health declaration form and the commitment:

All passengers must complete a health declaration form before the date of the flight at https://app.e7mi.tn and print the documentsgenerated by the application (the health form and the commitment) which will be requested and verified by the airline at check-in and will be collected by the health control services upon arrival to the tunisian airports.
